Grace Group is seeking a Branch Manager in Canberra to lead sales, customer service and operations with a focus on delivering exceptional service and growth. You will report to the Regional General Manager and drive revenue, profit and quality of service across the branch.

The role requires proven leadership, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to implement strategic plans in a premium service environment.

• Experience at Branch Management level to lead and manage the sales, administration and operations efforts
• Broad commercial skills and financial management capability
• Ability to set direction and implement the organisation's strategic plan
• Sales experience preferably in a premium product/service environment
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to motivate, lead and manage people
