Job summary

Grace Removals is seeking a Driver/Removalist to join our team. The role involves daily travel, customer-focused service, and manual handling across locations. Training is provided to upgrade licences HR/HC, with opportunities for career progression within Grace Group.

You will be out on the road, handling packing, loading, paperwork, and ensuring high standards of care for customer belongings. A positive, proactive mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Hold a heavy goods driving licence – MR minimum.

Responsibilities

About The Role

As a member of the Grace Removals team, we are looking for an outgoing and customer focused Driver/Removalist to take on a varied role that requires you to be out and about in a different location each day, largely working unsupervised, where no two days are the same.

The duties will include:

• Careful packing and unpacking of customer effects
• Loading and unloading of vehicles
• Read and complete paperwork required, sometimes using a tablet
• Communicate regularly with the customer during uplift & delivery
• Helping maintain clean and tidy vehicles, equipment and warehouse

About You

To be considered for this role, you will have:

• A heavy goods driving licence – MR minimum
• A friendly, helpful, honest, and customer first focussed can-do attitude
• Be eager to learn, proactive and embrace change with a high level of professionalism
• Be reliable, hard-working and there for your team mates
