Job summary

Green by Nature is seeking a passionate Greenkeeper for Windsor Golf Club in Western Sydney. You will maintain greens, tees, fairways and surrounds, using industry-leading equipment and best turf practices to deliver top-quality playing surfaces for members and guests.

The role suits someone with golf course maintenance or sports turf experience, a strong work ethic, and a collaborative mindset. Training and career progression opportunities are available in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in golf course maintenance or sports turf.
• Knowledge of turfgrass practices and machinery.
• Current drivers licence.
• Chemical accreditation and irrigation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain greens, tees, fairways, roughs and surrounds to a high standard.
• Operate and maintain specialised turf machinery and equipment safely and effectively.
• Assist with mowing, topdressing, aeration, irrigation, spraying and renovation programs.
• Monitor turf health and proactively identify pest, disease, weed and drainage issues.
• Support bunker maintenance and course presentation activities.
• Assist with irrigation system checks, repairs and water management programs.
• Contribute to daily course set-up and preparation for member and competition play.
• Work collaboratively with the broader team to deliver an exceptional golfing experience.

About the Role

Green by Nature is seeking a passionate and motivated Greenkeeper to join our team at the prestigious Windsor Golf Club.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a well-regarded golf course and play a hands-on role in maintaining high-quality playing surfaces for members and guests. Working alongside an experienced team, you'll contribute to the presentation, health and performance of greens, tees, fairways, bunkers, and surrounding course infrastructure.

Whether you're an experienced Greenkeeper or a qualified Sports Turf professional looking to further develop your career in golf course maintenance, this role offers the chance to work with industry-leading equipment, modern turf practices and a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain greens, tees, fairways, roughs and surrounds to a high standard

About You

You are passionate about turf management and take pride in delivering playing surfaces that look and perform at their best.

You will ideally bring:

• Experience in golf course maintenance, sports turf, greenkeeping or related turf environments
• Sound knowledge of turfgrass maintenance practices and machinery operation
• A strong work ethic and commitment to high standards
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Current driver's licence
• Chemical Accreditation and irrigation experience will be highly regarded
