Job summary

Green by Nature is seeking a passionate and motivated Greenkeeper to join our team at the Windsor Golf Club. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a well-regarded golf course and play a hands-on role in maintaining high-quality playing surfaces for members and guests.

You’ll contribute to the presentation, health and performance of greens, tees, fairways, bunkers, and surrounding course infrastructure.

Qualifications

Experience in golf course maintenance, sports turf, greenkeeping or related turf environments.
Sound knowledge of turfgrass maintenance practices and machinery operation.
Current driver’s licence.
Chemical Accreditation and irrigation experience will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

Maintain greens, tees, fairways, roughs and surrounds to a high standard.
Operate and maintain specialised turf machinery and equipment safely and effectively.
Assist with mowing, topdressing, aeration, irrigation, spraying and renovation programs.
Monitor turf health and proactively identify pest, disease, weed and drainage issues.
Support bunker maintenance and course presentation activities.
Assist with irrigation system checks, repairs and water management programs.
Contribute to daily course set-up and preparation for member and competition play.
Work collaboratively with the broader team to deliver an exceptional golfing experience.
