Green by Nature seeks a passionate Greenkeeper to join Windsor Golf Club, bringing hands-on turf maintenance to greens, tees, fairways and bunkers. You’ll work with experienced colleagues to preserve playing surfaces and course health, using industry-leading equipment and modern turf practices.

Whether you are an experienced Greenkeeper or a qualified turf professional, this role offers growth, training and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in golf course maintenance and turf environments.
• Sound knowledge of turfgrass maintenance practices and machinery operation.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to high standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain greens, tees, fairways, roughs and surrounds to a high standard.
• Operate and maintain specialised turf machinery and equipment safely and effectively.
• Assist with mowing, topdressing, aeration, irrigation, spraying and renovation programs.
• Monitor turf health and identify pest, disease, weed and drainage issues.
• Support bunker maintenance and course presentation activities.
• Assist with irrigation system checks, repairs and water management programs.
• Contribute to daily course set-up and preparation for member and competition play.
• Work collaboratively with the broader team to deliver an exceptional golfing experience.

About The Role

Green by Nature is seeking a passionate and motivated Greenkeeper to join our team at the prestigious Windsor Golf Club.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a well-regarded golf course and play a hands‑on role in maintaining high-quality playing surfaces for members and guests. Working alongside an experienced team, you'll contribute to the presentation, health and performance of greens, tees, fairways, bunkers, and surrounding course infrastructure.

Whether you're an experienced Greenkeeper or a qualified Sports Turf professional looking to further develop your career in golf course maintenance, this role offers the chance to work with industry‑leading equipment, modern turf practices and a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain greens, tees, fairways, roughs and surrounds to a high standard
• Operate and maintain specialised turf machinery and equipment safely and effectively
• Assist with mowing, topdressing, aeration, irrigation, spraying and renovation programs
• Monitor turf health and proactively identify pest, disease, weed and drainage issues
• Support bunker maintenance and course presentation activities
• Assist with irrigation system checks, repairs and water management programs
• Contribute to daily course set‑up and preparation for member and competition play
• Work collaboratively with the broader team to deliver an exceptional golfing experience

About You

You are passionate about turf management and take pride in delivering playing surfaces that look and perform at their best.

You Will Ideally Bring

• Experience in golf course maintenance, sports turf, greenkeeping or related turf environments
• Sound knowledge of turfgrass maintenance practices and machinery operation
• A strong work ethic and commitment to high standards
• Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
• Current driver's licence
• Chemical Accreditation and irrigation experience will be highly regarded
