Job summary

Green by Nature is seeking a motivated Greenkeeper to join our Moore Park team, one of Sydney's premier golf destinations. This role focuses on delivering high‑quality playing surfaces with attention to detail and a proactive approach to turf care.

You'll maintain greens, tees, fairways and surrounding areas, assist with mowing, renovation, irrigation and course presentation programs, and contribute to a safe, professional team environment in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in greenkeeping, golf course maintenance or sports turf.
• Strong understanding of turf maintenance principles.
• Keen eye for detail and commitment to quality.
• Current driver\'s licence; Chemical Accreditation and irrigation experience are highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining greens, tees, fairways and surrounding course areas.

Green by Nature is seeking a motivated and passionate Greenkeeper to join our team at Moore Park, one of Sydney's most recognisable golf destinations. Located just minutes from the CBD, this is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-profile environment where presentation, attention to detail and quality turf management are valued every day.

As part of an experienced team, you'll help deliver exceptional playing conditions across the course while continuing to develop your skills in sports turf management and golf course maintenance.

About You

You're someone who takes pride in producing exceptional turf surfaces and enjoys working outdoors as part of a close-knit team.

Ideally, you'll have:

• Experience in greenkeeping, golf course maintenance or sports turf
• A strong understanding of turf maintenance principles
• A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality
• A current driver's licence
• Chemical Accreditation and irrigation experience highly regarded
