Job summary

Green by Nature at Moore Park, Sydney, is seeking a proactive Greenkeeper to maintain premium turf surfaces in a fast-paced, high-profile golf environment.

You will contribute to greens, tees, fairways and course presentation, participate in mowing and renovation programs, and help monitor turf health while using modern turf machinery. A current driver’s licence and irrigation/chemical accreditation strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in greenkeeping, golf course maintenance or sports turf.
• Strong understanding of turf maintenance principles.
• Current driver’s licence.
• Chemical accreditation and irrigation experience highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining greens, tees, fairways and surrounding areas.
• Assisting with mowing, renovation, irrigation and course presentation programs.
• Monitoring turf health and addressing issues to maintain playability.
• Operating and maintaining turf machinery and equipment.

Green by Nature is seeking a motivated and passionate Greenkeeper to join our team at Moore Park, one of Sydney's most recognisable golf destinations. Located just minutes from the CBD, this is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-profile environment where presentation, attention to detail and quality turf management are valued every day.

As part of an experienced team, you'll help deliver exceptional playing conditions across the course while continuing to develop your skills in sports turf management and golf course maintenance.

What You'll Be Doing

• Maintaining greens, tees, fairways and surrounding course areas
• Assisting with mowing, renovation, irrigation and course presentation programs
• Monitoring turf health and identifying potential issues before they impact playability
• Operating and maintaining modern turf machinery and equipment
• Supporting bunker maintenance and daily course setup
• Contributing to a safe, professional and high-performing team environment

About You

You're someone who takes pride in producing exceptional turf surfaces and enjoys working outdoors as part of a close-knit team.

Ideally, you'll have:

• A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality
• A current driver's licence
