The Role

As a Full-Time Greenkeeper, you will be responsible for the high-end maintenance and development of our clients' lawns and gardens. This is a hands-on role for a dedicated professional who takes pride in their work and is committed to delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

• Expert turf management, including mowing, fertilizing, aerating, and top-dressing.
• Diagnosis and treatment of pests, weeds, and diseases.
• Installation and maintenance of irrigation systems.
• Proactive lawn renovation and repair.
• General garden and grounds maintenance.
• Operation and maintenance of a range of professional-grade equipment.
• Providing expert advice and solutions to clients.

What We're Looking For

• A fully qualified Greenkeeper with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
• A strong passion for horticulture and an eye for detail.
• A current and valid Chemical Application Certificate.
• A valid Australian Driver's Licence.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A self-motivated and reliable team player.

Salary & Benefits

• Competitive salary between $65,000 - $75,000 per annum + superannuation, dependent on your experience and qualifications.
