Florascapes is seeking a fit, motivated Horticulturist/Gardener to join our Southern Suburbs & Sutherland Shire team in NSW. You’ll work outdoors daily, maintaining and renovating gardens, landscapes, and turf for residential and commercial clients.

The role requires proven garden maintenance experience, a keen eye for detail, and strong knowledge of plant care, turf management, and safe chemical application. A reliable, self-motivated work ethic and good teamwork are essential.

• Proven, solid experience in the garden maintenance or landscaping industry is required.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high standards.
• Strong knowledge of plant care, turf management, and safe chemical application.

• Landscape construction experience is a strong bonus.
