Job summary

UNSW Kensington Campus is seeking a Project & Operations Officer to support the Greater China Partnerships portfolio, including the CTET. You will provide administrative, operational and project coordination support across the team, coordinating day-to-day activities and liaising with internal stakeholders to progress agreed actions.

Qualifications

• Experience providing high-level administrative and operational support.
• Proven ability to coordinate activities and manage documentation.
• Ability to prepare reports and monitor project deliverables.
• Strong written communication and analytical skills in Mandarin Chinese and English.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, operational and project coordination support to the Greater China Partnerships portfolio.
• Coordinate day-to-day operational activities and progress project deliverables.
• Manage project documentation and prepare reports and briefings.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders across Finance, IP and research support teams.
• Assist with bilingual communications and promotional materials.
• Coordinate delegations, research showcases and events as required.
