UNSW Kensington Campus seeks a Project & Operations Officer to support the Greater China Partnerships portfolio, coordinating day-to-day operations and project documentation.

You will prepare reports and briefings, liaise with internal teams, and assist with bilingual communications and events such as delegations and showcases.

Proficiency in Mandarin and English, and strong skills in Microsoft 365 and the Adobe suite will help you succeed.

Formación

• Experience in administration, operational support or project coordination.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and design tools for reports and bilingual materials.
• Professional proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English.
• Experience coordinating events, delegations or showcases.
