Zurich Insurance in Australia seeks a Head of Digital Product - General Insurance to shape and lead the digital product strategy across the segment, owning end-to-end product lifecycles and driving growth through technology, data and AI.

You will lead a team of product professionals, manage budgets, and redesign journeys to enhance self-service and customer experience for customers and distribution partners.

Qualifikationen

• Significant digital product management experience, including leading product managers or product owners.
• End-to-end ownership of digital products, from strategy and roadmaps through delivery, adoption and post-release performance.
• Experience deploying automation or AI-enabled capabilities within customer or operational journeys.
• Experience delivering products in regulated environments, with risk, privacy, security and compliance considered by design.
• Proven ability to influence executive and cross-functional stakeholders and make evidence-based decisions using customer insight and performance data.

Aufgaben

• Define and lead the digital product strategy and prioritised roadmap, aligned to growth, customer and partner experience, and efficiency outcomes.
• Own digital products end-to-end, from opportunity and investment case through delivery, adoption, performance, improvement and decommissioning.
• Develop human and AI-enabled journeys, safely experimenting with AI within governance framework.
• Own digital product investment and budget decisions, tracking benefits and using performance data to optimise the roadmap.
• Build strong partnerships across engineering, architecture, design, underwriting, claims, distribution, operations, technology, data and AI to turn product strategy into outcomes.
• Lead and develop product managers and product owners, establishing consistent product standards and modern, outcome-led ways of working.
