Job summary

DEECA is seeking a Program Officer to provide business and system support to users in the grants program areas, assist with onboarding of programs and funding agreements, and handle initial issue resolution.

The role includes data fixes, reporting activities, and contributing to team projects, with opportunities to learn simple form development and basic system administration. Hybrid work arrangements are available at East Melbourne.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in supporting grants processes is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of grants management policy/procedure and systems would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide business and system support to grants program users.
• Support program open/close activities and onboarding of programs and funding agreements.
• Attend to initial issue resolution, data fix/reporting activities, and contribute to team projects.
• Learn and perform some system administration activities such as user management and simple form development.
