Job summary

Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action is seeking a Program Officer to provide business and system support for grants programs at 8 Nicholson Street, East Melbourne with hybrid arrangements. You will assist with opening/closing activities, onboarding of programs and funding agreements, and initial issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in supporting grants processes.
• Knowledge of grants management policy/procedure and systems would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide business and system support/advice to users in the grants program areas and on the use of the grants management systems.
• Support program open/closing activities, onboarding of programs and funding agreements, and initial issue resolution.
• Perform data fix/reporting activities and contribute to team projects as required.
• Learn and perform system administration activities such as user management and simple form development.
