Job summary

The Heart Foundation is seeking a part-time Research Program Support Officer to assist with a national grants program. The role spans grants administration, stakeholder engagement and impact reporting, offering the chance to influence research outcomes from application to reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in grants administration, program coordination or research support.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and stakeholder engagement experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer grants across the full lifecycle incl. applications, peer review, awarding and payments.
• Coordinate communications and provide support to applicants, reviewers and researchers.
• Follow up on invoices, acquittals and other grant administration requirements.
• Maintain grant records and processes in research management systems.
• Review annual progress and impact reports submitted by researchers.
• Support monitoring, evaluation and reporting across the portfolio.
