Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex programs and multiple priorities across functions.
• Knowledge of government grant programs or equivalent governance frameworks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate grant program activities and ensure timely, accurate assessments and delivery.
• Support governance, risk and compliance activities and escalate issues as needed.
• Assist with budget monitoring, expenditure tracking and reporting across programs.
• Coordinate process improvements and standard operating procedures to reduce risk.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and share information.
