Qualifications

• A recent tertiary graduate in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Business, IT or Data Analytics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for liaison with stakeholders and the public.
• Proactive approach to problem solving and issue resolution in a tech-focused business.
• Attention to detail to optimise efficiency and scheduling outcomes.
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and plan adjustments quickly.

Responsibilities

• Learn and support Service Planning to design and optimise public transport services.
• Assist with Scheduling using HASTUS to create efficient vehicle and staffing plans.
• Support Business Analytics by analysing data trends for insights.
• Support Technology Integration to implement new tools and processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams, local authorities and stakeholders.
