Boeing Defence Australia is seeking talented Graduate Systems Engineers to join the Graduate Program starting January 2027 in Adelaide, Brisbane and Williamtown. The 24-month program offers a permanent full-time position and hands-on experience across E-7A Wedgetail, MQ-28 Ghost Bat, Sustainment Operations and Joint Systems.

Qualifications

• Must hold a tertiary degree in engineering, computer science or information technology or be due to graduate before January 2027.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements alongside the development of innovative solutions that ensure the full product lifecycle is optimized.
• Coordinate with other design and specialty disciplines (e.g. software, hardware, safety, security and support system engineering) to ensure that your team's products are properly integrated into the solution and delivered in a way that delights the customer.
• Verify and validate designs and products to ensure they meet operational and functional requirements.
• Develop engineering documentation and support configuration management of the system.
• Communicate and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team in a conscientious and inclusive way to successfully deliver innovative solutions to the Australian Defence Force.
