Boeing Defence Australia is seeking talented Graduate Electronics and Electrical Engineers to join our January 2027 program. This permanent, full-time opportunity provides a solid career foundation from day one.

As part of the 24-month program, graduates will work across E-7A Wedgetail, MQ-28 Ghost Bat, Sustainment Operations, and Joint Systems, developing RF, power, data systems, EMI/EMC testing, and documentation, with mentorship and structured learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in engineering, computer science or IT.
• Citizenship requirement for Defence security.
• Strong motivation and adaptability for a fast-paced program.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development of electrical and electronic equipment, including power and data systems.
• Test and analyse electronic products and electrical systems for EMI/EMC compliance.
• Document engineering work and support configuration management of hardware.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver innovative solutions.
