Boeing Defence Australia invites graduates to join the 24-month Graduate Program starting January 2027, offering a permanent full-time position and a solid career foundation. Graduate opportunities are available in Adelaide, Brisbane and Williamtown across engineering business units including E-7A Wedgetail, MQ-28 Ghost Bat, Sustainment Operations and Joint Systems.

Qualifications

Applicant must hold a tertiary degree qualification in engineering, computer science or information technology (or have an anticipated graduation date before January 2027).

Responsibilities

Provide engineering support for air vehicle structures over the product lifecycle.
Conduct technical investigations and resolve product defects.
Disposition problem reports generated from ground and flight testing.
Develop air vehicle modification kits through collaboration with design and maintenance teams.
Develop engineering documentation (e.g. instructions, manuals, procedures and risk assessments) to support the ongoing product operation and maintenance.
Communicate and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team in a conscientious and inclusive way.
