Job summary
Boeing Defence Australia is seeking talented Graduate Mechanical and Aerospace Engineers to join the 2027 program in Adelaide, Brisbane and Williamtown. The 24‑month, full‑time program develops engineers through hands‑on projects, professional learning and structured mentorship within one business unit.
You will work on systems including E-7A Wedgetail, MQ-28 Ghost Bat, sustainment and joint systems, using 3D CAD, FEA and CFD tools while contributing to documentation and configuration
Qualifications
- Tertiary degree in engineering, CS or IT, or anticipated graduation before Jan 2027.
- Australian citizenship to meet defence security requirements.
- Graduate program is 24 months, with development and rotation within one business unit.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to development, modification and integration of mechanical products including mounting hardware and packaging solutions.
- Design, modelling and analysis of mechanical products and systems using 3D CAD, FEA and CFD tools.
- Develop engineering documentation and support configuration management of system hardware.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver innovative solutions to the Australian Defence Force.
