Job summary

Boeing Defence Australia invites applications for its Graduate Program, based at Williamtown with opportunities across Adelaide, Brisbane and Williamtown. Selected graduates join as Graduate Systems Engineers in January 2027 in a permanent full-time role, with a solid career foundation from day one.

The 24-month program supports professional growth, with early exposure to multi-disciplinary teams and structured learning aligned to defence programs in Australia.

Qualifications

• A tertiary degree in engineering, computer science or information technology (or anticipated graduation date before January 2027).
• Australian Citizenship required to meet Defence security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements alongside the development of innovative solutions that ensure the full product lifecycle is optimized.
• Coordinate with other design and specialty disciplines to ensure products are integrated and delivered to delight the customer.
• Verify and validate designs and products to meet operational and functional requirements.
• Develop engineering documentation and support configuration management of the system.
• Communicate and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver innovative solutions to the Australian Defence Force.
