Early Start Australia Pty invites graduates to join a 12-month program designed to guide you from student to independent practitioner. You’ll receive clinical supervision, mentoring, and structured skills training while building confidence in delivering early intervention speech pathology for children and families.

You will be supported by a multidisciplinary team, with opportunities for professional development, flexible progression, and potential relocation support as part of a global group.

Competenze

• Relevant qualification in Speech Pathology.
• SPA membership/registration.
• Current Driver’s Licence and vehicle.
• Working with Children Check or WWVP (state specific).
• NDIS workers screening check & Police Check.
• Accredited first aid & CPR certificate.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Exceptional observational and report writing skills.

Mansioni

• Deliver early intervention speech pathology services to children and families.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments (formal and informal) to identify speech, language, and developmental needs.
• Develop and implement individualised, evidence-based therapy plans aligned with family goals.
• Work collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams using a key worker/transdisciplinary approach.
• Monitor, review, and adapt therapy programs based on client progress and feedback.
• Provide education, resources, and ongoing support to empower families in decision-making and home-based practice.
• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and NDIS-related records within required timeframes.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to support client outcomes.
