Job summary

Early Start Australia is seeking a Graduate Speech Pathologist for its Springfield clinic as part of the 12-month Graduate program. You will learn through structured induction, clinical supervision, and a buddy system, progressing from student to independent clinician with ongoing MDT support and family-centered care.

Qualifications

• Qualified Speech Pathologist with SPA registration.
• Strong communication and organisational skills required.
• Experience in paediatric speech pathology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver early intervention speech pathology services to children and families.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments (formal and informal) to identify needs.
• Develop and implement individualised, evidence-based therapy plans.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams using a key worker approach.
• Monitor and adapt therapy programs based on progress and feedback.
• Provide education and resources to empower families in home practice.
• Maintain documentation and NDIS-related records timely.
• Build relationships with schools and health professionals to support outcomes.
