Early Start Australia Pty is offering a 12-month graduate speech pathology program in Maroochydore. You will join a close-knit allied health team with structured induction, clinical supervision, and a clear path from graduate to independent clinician.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Speech Pathology.
• SPA membership/registration or eligibility required.
• Current Driver’s License and vehicle (state specifics may apply).
• NDIS worker screening check and police check required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver early intervention speech pathology services to children and families, supporting communication, participation, and independence.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments (formal and informal) to identify speech, language, and developmental needs.
• Develop and implement individualised, evidence-based therapy plans aligned with family goals and child needs.
• Work collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams using a key worker/transdisciplinary approach.
• Monitor, review, and adapt therapy programs based on client progress and feedback.
• Provide education, resources, and ongoing support to empower families in decision-making and home-based practice.
• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and NDIS-related records within required timeframes.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to support client outcomes.
