Job summary

Early Start Australia Pty invites graduates to join its 12-month Graduate Program at the Werribee clinic. You’ll receive structured induction, supervision, and hands-on therapy with children and families, supported by a multidisciplinary team.

The program focuses on development, clinical skills, and progressive autonomy. You’ll deliver early intervention speech pathology services, conduct assessments, and build family-centred plans while working toward independent caseload management.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Speech Pathology.
• SPA membership/registration.
• Driver license and vehicle.
• WWCC or WWVP as required.
• NDIS workers screening & Police check.
• First aid & CPR certificate.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Excellent observation and report writing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver early intervention speech pathology services to children and families.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify needs.
• Develop and implement individualised, evidence-based therapy plans.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams using a key worker/transdisciplinary approach.
• Monitor and adapt therapy programs based on progress.
• Provide education and home-based support to families.
• Maintain accurate documentation and NDIS records.
• Build relationships with schools and health professionals to support outcomes.
