Job summary

Early Start Australia is seeking candidates for its Graduate program to train as a speech pathologist in our Durack clinic. You will learn through structured induction, 1:1 supervision, and clinician shadowing, growing your confidence while delivering high-quality care to children and families.

Qualifications

• Qualified in Speech Pathology and registered with SPA.
• Current Working with Children Check or WWVP.
• Current driver's license and vehicle.
• NDIS worker screening and Police Check.
• Accredited first aid & CPR certificate.

Responsibilities

• Deliver early intervention speech pathology services to children and families, supporting communication and participation.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments (formal and informal) to identify needs.
• Develop and implement individualised, evidence-based therapy plans.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams using a key worker approach.
• Monitor progress and adapt therapy programs as needed.
• Provide education, resources, and home-based support to families.
