APM Group’s Early Start Australia Graduate program in Geelong provides a structured 12-month pathway from student to independent therapist. Qualifications

• Relevant experience in paediatric speech pathology is desirable.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver early intervention speech pathology services to children and families.
• Develop and implement individualised, evidence-based therapy plans.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams using a key worker/transdisciplinary approach.
• Monitor progress and adjust therapy programs as needed.
