Job summary

APM Group’s Early Start Australia graduate program in Launceston offers structured induction, clinical supervision, and a clear path to independent practice for newly graduated Speech Pathologists. You’ll work with children and families, shadow clinicians, and gradually manage your own caseload within a supportive multidisciplinary team.

The program includes 1:1 supervision, a buddy system, and CPD opportunities, with relocation assistance where applicable.

Qualifications

• Qualified Speech Pathologist with SPA registration or eligibility.
• Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.
• Experience documenting assessments and therapy progress is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver early intervention speech pathology services to children and families.
• Conduct formal and informal assessments to identify needs.
• Develop and implement individualised, evidence-based therapy plans.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitor progress and adjust therapy programs accordingly.
• Provide education and home-based strategies for families.
• Maintain accurate documentation including NDIS records.
