Job summary

APM Group's Early Start Australia Graduate program in Somerville invites you to grow from student to independent clinician in 12 months. You'll receive structured induction, clinical skills training, a dedicated buddy, weekly supervision, and hands-on experience delivering early intervention speech pathology services to children and families.

Qualifications

• Qualified in Speech Pathology and eligible for SPA registration.
• Current Working with Children Check or equivalent required.
• NDIS worker screening and police check are required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver early intervention speech pathology services to children and families.
• Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and developmental needs.
• Develop and implement individualised therapy plans aligned with family goals.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams using a key worker approach.
• Monitor progress and adapt therapy programs as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and NDIS-related records.
