Job summary

National 360 in Warrnambool is seeking a Graduate Physiotherapist to join our 360 GO program. You will receive expert clinical supervision and hands-on support as you transition from university to a rewarding community-care career.

The role focuses on developing clinical skills across settings, with a structured 12-month program, regular supervision, and a supportive multidisciplinary team. AHPRA registration and NSW/NcDIS familiarity are valued, with full Australian working rights.

We’re looking for passionate Physiotherapist - Graduate to join our growing Warrnambool team. Through our 360 GO Graduate Program, you will receive expert clinical supervision and the hands-on support required to excel in community healthcare.

  • Theoretical Learning: Develop your clinical expertise by strengthening your theoretical foundation through engaging in immersive and interactive workshops facilitated by subject matter experts.
  • Individualised Development: A custom program will be designed with you so you can follow your preferred roadmap to excellence. Specialise or maintain a diverse caseload, we’ll be with you each step along the way.
WHAT YOU’LL DO

In this rewarding role, you’ll lead the delivery of high-quality, community-based care with support and oversight from your Clinical Supervisor and Team Leader. A typical day at National 360 may involve:

  • Completing observational sessions and joint appointments with your Clinical Supervisor.
  • Supporting clients in the community, in their home, in one of our clinic spaces or via telehealth.
  • Meeting with your Clinical Supervisor for 1:1 or group supervision.
  • Preparing for appointments, writing reports, and completing case notes.
  • Spending time with your colleagues, attending team meetings or checking in with your Team Leader.
  • Completing the Graduate Curriculum on our online Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Connecting with your Graduate Buddy over coffee to hear about their journey, ask questions and share your own experiences as you transition into practice.
  • Attending mentoring sessions with Subject Matter Experts in areas you’re interested in.
  • Collaborating with your multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Early Childhood Practitioners and Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners, all dedicated to making a real impact.

About You

You thrive in a supportive, team-driven environment where collaboration and connection matter, and you’re ready to deliver meaningful support to clients in the community. You might have a special interest area or have preference for a generalist caseload. You’re organised, a good communicator, and genuinely care about helping people reach their goals. If you meet the following criteria, we would love to hear from you!

  • You're graduating (or have recently graduated) in Physiotherapy.
  • You hold or have applied for AHPRA registration.
  • You’re familiar with the NDIS and excited to make a difference in the community.
  • Available to work full-time or part-time (minimum 3 days a week).
  • You have or are willing to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check.
  • You have full Australian working rights.
  • You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver’s licence.
