InfraBuild Reinforcing invites recent graduates to join its 2027 Graduate Program as a Graduate Process Engineer based at Forrestfield, WA. This two-year fixed-term contract offers two 12-month rotations with hands-on learning across engineering and operations to drive plant reliability, safety and performance.

You will be mentored, rotate through manufacturing units, and contribute to real projects that shape continuous improvement in a dynamic steel manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Recent Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering graduate.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Curiosity, initiative and willingness to learn.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, industrial environment.
• Completion of Australian tertiary degree within the past three years (or set to conclude in 2026).

Responsabilités

• Participate in two 12-month rotational placements across core engineering functions.
• Contribute to plant reliability, safety and performance improvement projects.
• Support machinery upgrades, new equipment installations, commissioning and factory layout projects.
• Work hands-on on the factory floor with supervisors and operators to translate solutions into practical improvements.
