Job summary

InfraBuild invites recent or soon-to-be graduates to join its 2028 Graduate Civil Engineer program in St Marys, Western Sydney. The two-year fixed-term program offers two 12-month rotations, mentorship, and hands-on projects within our steel manufacturing operations.

You will work with experienced engineers on major infrastructure and high-rise projects, gaining core technical and commercial skills and pathways toward permanent roles.

Qualifications

• Australian citizenship or visa granting unlimited working rights
• Degree completed in the past three years or to conclude in 2027
• Less than two years of full-time, discipline-specific work experience

Responsibilities

• Participate in two 12-month rotational placements to gain technical and commercial skills
• Work with experienced professionals on real projects within our plant and operations
• Engage in mentoring and coaching to support career development
