Job summary

InfraBuild invites recent or soon-to-be graduates to join the 2028 Graduate Program for a two-year fixed-term contract with potential permanent placement. You will rotate through two 12-month placements, gaining a blend of technical and commercial training with ongoing coaching and formal education.

As a Graduate Mechanical Engineer, you will explore hydraulics, materials handling, water/fume treatment, and crane systems, while engaging in diverse mechanical engineering tasks and project

Qualifications

• Recent or soon-to-be graduates.
• Completion of Australian tertiary degree within the past three years.
• Eligible to work in Australia (Australian/NZ citizenship or a visa with unlimited working rights).
• Less than two years of full-time, discipline-specific work experience.

Responsibilities

• Deep dive into hydraulics & pneumatic systems, materials handling, water treatment, fume treatment systems, and bridge/gantry cranes.
• Gain hands-on project management experience and lead/co-ordinate projects.
• Engage with maintenance, life-cycle projects, and reliability improvement across rotational/static equipment.
