Evapco Australia, part of EVAPCO Inc., is seeking a Graduate Operations & Aftermarket Engineer (Mechanical/HVAC) to contribute across safety, QA/QC, quotes, and field service scheduling. The role is based at the Riverstone, Western Sydney facility with potential site work.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a qualification in business administration, HVAC&R, manufacturing, construction or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience, with mechanical aptitude
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, with eagerness to learn construction documents, software programs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across teams

Responsibilities

• Monitor sales and service emails and prepare parts and project quotes and estimates, including material take-offs, labour costs, and overhead calculations
• Maintain accurate CRM sales quotes and records, follow up and customer feedback accurately
• Processing customer orders, sending order acknowledgment and ensure on time dispatches
• Support service scheduling and internal operations with production scheduling, technical support and accurate recording with timely completion of projects
• Lead the company’s Health, Safety and Environmental initiatives
• Ensuring equipment quality standards are met and exceeded
• Ensuring facilities maintenance are followed through and completed in a timely manner
• Carry out quality inspections, testing and assist with daily warehousing processes as required
• Complete administration documents (Quotations, Order Processing, SWMS, Reports, Warranty, NCR) in a timely manner
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to obtain information and solutions to resolve problems promptly
