Qualifications

• Technical: programming experience Python/SQL or similar.
• Understanding of software development fundamentals.
• Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI).
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Analytical: interpret data and identify insights.
• Structured and logical thinking with attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support consumer and field performance trials.
• Onboard participants and triage issues.
• Monitor product performance during trials.
• Track and investigate customer-reported issues.
• Develop dashboards and reports to communicate findings.
• Analyze trial data to identify trends and insights.
• Assist in reproducing and documenting defects.
• Explore opportunities to automate data analysis and reporting.
