Job summary

Luxoft in Australia seeks curious and analytical Graduate Engineers to join the Field Performance Trials team. You will evaluate products in real-world environments, analyze data, and support consumer trials to generate insights that influence product development.

You will collaborate with engineers, data analysts, product teams, and regional stakeholders to improve product performance and customer experience, while developing dashboards and tools to communicate findings.

Qualifications

• Technical
• Programming experience in Python, SQL, or similar languages is preferable.
• Understanding of software development fundamentals.
• Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) is desirable.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data.
• Structured and logical thinking.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Product & Trial Support: assist with consumer and field performance trials.
• Onboard participants and triage issues during trials.
• Monitor product performance and track customer-reported issues.
• Data Analytics & Insights: analyze usage data and develop dashboards.
• Generate actionable insights from feedback and data.
• Support root cause investigations using data-driven approaches.
• Software & Connected Products: collect logs and assist validations.
• Investigate software-related issues and document defects.
