Qualifications

• Strong analytical mindset and willingness to learn
• Programming experience in Python and SQL is preferable
• Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) is desirable
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Analytical thinking and ability to interpret data to identify insights
• Structured and logical thinking with great attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to work with cross-functional stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Product & Trial Support: Assist with consumer and field performance trials and onboarding.
• Data Analytics & Insights: Analyze trial data to identify trends, develop dashboards and reports.
• Software & Connected Products: Collect and analyze diagnostic logs; support software/firmware validation and defect reproduction.
• AI & Automation: Explore opportunities to automate data analysis and reporting and develop scripts to improve efficiency.
