Job summary

The Boeing Company via the Boeing Defence Australia Graduate Program invites graduates in electronics and electrical engineering to join a permanent full-time program beginning January 2027. Opportunities exist across Adelaide, Brisbane and Williamtown within key defence units, including E-7A Wedgetail and MQ-28 Ghost Bat, with a structured two-year development path and mentorship.

Applicants should have an engineering, computer science or IT degree and be Australian citizens to meet defence

Qualifications

Applicants must hold a tertiary degree qualification in engineering, computer science or information technology (or have an anticipated graduation date before January 2027).
Australian citizenship is required to meet defence security requirements.

Responsibilities

Contribute to the development of engineering solutions for electrical and electronic equipment including electrical power and data systems, and ruggedised computing and network equipment.
Test and analyse electronic products and electrical systems for EMI/EMC compliance.
Contribute to the development of engineering documentation and support configuration management of system hardware.
Communicate and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team in a conscientious and inclusive way to deliver innovative solutions to the Australian Defence Force.
