Job summary

Boeing Defence Australia invites graduates for a permanent, full-time program starting January 2027. You will join a structured two-year graduate pathway across diverse engineering units, including E-7A Wedgetail, MQ-28 Ghost Bat, and sustainment operations.

Based in Williamtown, with opportunities in Adelaide, Brisbane and Williamtown, you will develop electrical and electronic engineering capabilities, test EMI/EMC, and support system hardware documentation in a collaborative Defence

Qualifications

Graduate with a tertiary degree in engineering, computer science or information technology (or anticipated graduation before January 2027).
Australian citizenship to meet Defence security requirements.
Interest in RF engineering, satellite communications, RF design or microwave telecommunications.
Strong motivation and ability to self-task under supervision.

Responsibilities

Contribute to development of engineering solutions for electrical and electronic equipment.
Test and analyse electronic products and electrical systems for EMI/EMC compliance.
Develop engineering documentation and support configuration management of system hardware.
Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver innovative solutions to the Australian Defence Force.
