Job summary

Mineral Resources is offering a 2027 Graduate Program for an Electrical/Control Systems Engineer graduate. You will contribute to the design, maintenance and optimisation of electrical systems across mining operations in Western Australia, including conveyors, crushers and safety systems.

You will work with experienced engineers, rotating through control systems engineering and site-based experiences, to build a career in mining with strong mentorship and real project exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering – Electrical/Control System completed or expected by end of 2026.
• Australian or New Zealand citizen or holder of unlimited working rights at application time.
• Willingness to commence full-time employment by Feb 2027.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, maintenance and optimisation of electrical systems within MinRes.
• Gain exposure to the integration of electrical infrastructure powering mining operations (conveyors, crushers, ventilation, safety systems).
• Collaborate with experienced engineers to improve efficiency and reliability while ensuring safety and industry-standard compliance; rotate in control systems engineering.
