You will gain hands-on experience, participate in rotations across core and non-core areas including Business Development and Health & Safety, and work on site-based assignments to accelerate learning.

• Engineering bachelor’s degree as listed (Civil/Structural/Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical).
• Graduating in 2027 with full-time start from January 2028.
• Engineering exposure is advantageous but not essential.
• Must have full Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on resource sector experience through rotations.
• Engage in core and diverse non-core rotations including Business Development and Health & Safety, plus site-based rotation.
• Learn under mentors and contribute to real-world projects.
