MINERAL RESOURCES LIMITED is seeking a Graduate Electrical Engineer to join the 2027 Mineral Resources Graduate Program in Western Australia. You will contribute to the design, maintenance and optimisation of electrical systems for mining operations, including conveyors, crushers, ventilation and safety systems.

You will rotate through control systems engineering and work alongside experienced engineers to improve efficiency, safety, and reliability while gaining exposure to large-scale projects

Qualificações

• Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical/Control Systems completed by end of 2026 or within the past 12 months.

Responsabilidades

• Support the design, maintenance and optimisation of electrical systems within MinRes.
• Gain exposure to integration of electrical infrastructure powering mining operations, including conveyors, crushers, ventilation and safety systems.
• Work with experienced engineers to improve efficiency and reliability while rotations in control systems engineering.

Your role as a Graduate Electrical Engineer will play a vital part in supporting the design, maintenance, and optimisation of electrical systems within MinRes.

You will gain exposure and technicalexpertisein the integration of electrical infrastructure that powers mining operations, including conveyor systems, crushers,ventilationand safety systems.

Throughout your time with us, you will work closely with experienced engineers to improve the efficiency and reliability of electrical systems, ensuring safety and compliance with industry standards as well as rotations in control systems engineering.

Requirements for theRole

• Graduatedwith aBachelor of Engineering – Electrical/Control Systemby the end of 2026or have graduated from a recognised University within the past12months.
• Bean Australian or New Zealandcitizen, orhold unlimited working rights at the time of application.
• Have availability tocommencefull-time employment at the end of February 2027.
• Must be based in WA or willing torelocate.
