Brunstock Australia & TGOOD invite electrical engineering graduates to join a three-year Graduate Engineering Program. You’ll rotate through tendering, sales, and project engineering, gaining hands-on factory experience with substations and equipment, from design to commissioning. Mentoring and a clear path to a permanent role await you.

Qualifications

• A degree in Electrical Engineering (completed).
• Some relevant work experience, such as vacation work, an internship, a cadetship or part-time work in an electrical or engineering setting.
• Genuine interest in power systems, substations and renewable energy.
• Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
• Full working rights in Australia and a current driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through Tendering, Sales and Project engineering to deliver real projects.
• Work hands-on in the factory with substations, equipment and testing.
• Contribute to design reviews, documentation, factory testing and commissioning.
• Assist and learn from mentoring engineers and managers.
