CMC Markets ANZ is launching its Technology Development Graduate Program in Sydney. The 18-month maximum-term contract starts in October 2026, with graduates building a foundation in enterprise software engineering inside an established squad.

You will progress toward AI-native engineering and gain exposure to trading technology, AI projects, and data-driven business insights within a supportive learning environment.

Qualifikationen

• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline.
• Having recently graduated in 2026 and completed your degree to be eligible for the Graduate Program.
• Willingness to experiment, learn and iterate.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Interest in Financial Services and trading technology.

Aufgaben

• Embed within an established engineering squad and contribute to Agile delivery.
• Work on real AI-native projects and emerging technologies.
• Develop technical capability and financial markets knowledge.
