Job summary

Prime Partners in Sydney offers a two-year graduate program starting February 2027. You will be mentored by senior accountants and a buddy, with early client exposure from the first conversations through to completed jobs.

Successful completion leads to an Accountant role and CA program support. Three graduates will be taken in February 2027, based in North Sydney, with learning across tax, BAS, financial statements and client interactions.

Qualifications

• Complete an accounting degree, or a commerce degree with an accounting major by February 2027
• Learn through structured two-year program with progressive responsibilities
• CA Program pathway supported with financial assistance and study support
• Be part of a three-graduate intake with a buddy system
• Work with Australian and Sri Lankan teams using Xero and FYI tools

Responsibilities

• Assist with tax returns, BAS, and financial statements under supervision
• Communicate with clients to gather information and assist with ATO matters
• Understand business structures and company/trust establishment processes
• Follow jobs through scoping, quoting, preparation, signing and invoicing
• Coordinate work across teams in Australia and Sri Lanka using Xero and FYI
