Job summary

Prime Partners is a Sydney accounting and advisory firm offering an intensive two-year program for graduates. You will work with Australian businesses, starting with client meetings and progressing to completed jobs under guidance from senior staff.

The intake consists of three graduates in February 2027, with mentorship, progression and salary reviews at each stage. Salary ranges from AUD 60,000 to AUD 65,000 plus super, with CA Program support.

Qualifications

• Must complete an accounting degree or commerce degree with an accounting major by February 2027.
• Curious, reliable, clear communicator with attention to detail.
• Accounting experience welcome but not essential; part-time work and university activities count.
• Australian/NZ citizenship or permanent residency; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Learn to handle client conversations from first contact to completed job.
• Prepare tax returns, BAS and financial statements with review and guidance.
• Understand business structures, company and trust establishment processes.
• Follow jobs through scoping, quoting, preparation, signing and invoicing.
• Use Xero, FYI and responsible AI tools, coordinating with Australian and Sri Lankan teams.
