Prime Partners is a Sydney-based chartered accounting and advisory firm launching a structured two-year graduate program. Three graduates join in February 2027, learning with a senior buddy and a team of accountants, managers and directors to guide client work from the first conversation to completion.

You will progress through four six-month stages—Learn, Contribute, Own and Develop— with salary reviews at each stage and CA program support.

Qualificações

• Accounting degree or commerce degree with accounting major by February 2027.
• Curious, reliable, communicate clearly and pay attention to detail.
• Accounting experience is welcome but not essential; part time work, volunteering and university activities also count.
• Australian or New Zealand citizenship, or Australian permanent residency. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare tax returns, BAS and financial statements, with review and guidance.
• Speak with clients, gather information and assist with ATO matters.
• Understand business structures, and company and trust establishment processes.
• Follow jobs through scoping, quoting, preparation, signing and invoicing.
• Use technology including Xero, FYI and responsible AI tools, and coordinate work with our Australian and Sri Lankan teams.
