Prime Partners in Sydney offers a two-year graduate program starting February 2027. You will work with a cohort of three, supporting clients from initial conversation to completed jobs under guidance from senior accountants.

You will learn tax returns, BAS, financial statements, and client communications, with exposure to Xero, FYI, and AI tools, progressing through four six-month stages toward an Accountant role with CA program support.

Formación

• Must complete accounting degree or commerce with accounting major by February 2027.
• Curious, reliable, and detail-oriented with strong communication.
• Accounting experience welcome but not essential; part-time work and volunteering count.
• Australian or New Zealand citizenship, or Australian permanent residency; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare tax returns, BAS and financial statements, with review and guidance.
• Speak with clients, gather information and assist with ATO matters.
• Understand business structures, and company and trust establishment processes.
• Follow jobs through scoping, quoting, preparation, signing and invoicing.
• Use technology including Xero, FYI and responsible AI tools, and coordinate work with our Australian and Sri Lankan teams.
