Prime Partners invites three graduates to join a two-year structured program in Sydney, centred on accounting and tax work with early client contact and increasing responsibility. You will be guided by a senior buddy and a team of accountants, managers and directors throughout the intake from late February 2027.

You will learn to handle client conversations from first contact to completed jobs, with staged development and salary reviews.

Formación

• Complete accounting or commerce degree by February 2027
• Australian or NZ citizenship or permanent residency; visa sponsorship not available

Responsabilidades

• Prepare tax returns, BAS and financial statements with review and guidance
• Speak with clients, gather information and assist with ATO matters
• Understand business structures, and company/trust establishment processes
• Follow jobs through scoping, quoting, preparation, signing and invoicing
• Use technology including Xero, FYI and responsible AI tools, and coordinate work with our Australian and Sri Lankan teams
